Description

New Mansoura is one of the fourth generation cities that was inaugurated by presidential decree in 2018, and work on it will continue in order to include this city in the urban revolution engine to create new cities.

New Mansoura only recently occupied the throne of coastal cities located on the Mediterranean Sea, such as: Alexandria, New Alamein, and the northern coast. This was helped by its varying geographical nature between the desert areas towards the beach, and the agricultural areas towards the Delta and Dakahlia Governorate.

Based on the above, we can learn more about the projects that New Mansoura has at various scales, and what it aims to achieve at the residential and tourism levels.

New Mansoura website
The location of New Mansoura on the map indicates that the city is located directly on the international coastal road, covering a distance of 14 km, extending from the city of Gamasa to reach the Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate road.
The map of New Mansoura shows its presence within the cities of Dakahlia Governorate, but it is administratively affiliated with the New Urban Communities Authority.
Work is underway to establish an “electrified train project” to connect the new city to the old, in a time of 15 minutes.

Opening of New Mansoura - Phase One

Work on the first phase of the city began in January 2017, and will witness the conclusion of work on it in an opening ceremony in the presence of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi on December 1, 2022.

The design of New Mansoura differs from the residential aspect, as the first phase of the city plan includes distributing the units in the form of interconnected residential areas, namely:

Villas area
The residential villa area has many advantages, starting with its location, which is located just steps from New Mansoura Beach; It was developed by a number of government and private companies.

Residential towers
New Mansoura has entered the skyscraper race since City Edge Company began working on implementing a residential tower area, similar to the towers currently being constructed in New Alamein City.

The New Mansoura plan contains an integrated set of educational services consisting of no less than 20 institutions for various levels, where there are:

1- Nurseries

There are 12 kindergartens in the first phase of New Mansoura, distributed equally across all residential areas.
The average area of each nursery reaches 100 square meters.
2- Schools

New Mansoura City contains various types of schools, the most prominent of which are Dar Misr Project Schools and Regent British School. As for the other categories of schools, they are as follows:

2 public secondary schools for girls
2 public secondary schools for boys
1 industrial secondary school
The New Mansoura Urban Communities Authority announced one university facility, which is the regional “New Mansoura University”.
This university was established on an area of 67 acres.
